Fallbrook marked two major steps forward in affordable housing with the grand opening of Mirasol Meadows and the groundbreaking for Brookview Senior Villas.

Mirasol Meadows is a new 53‑unit apartment building on East Alvarado Street serving low‑ to extremely low‑income older adults earning 30% to 50% of the area median income. The three‑story community includes 49 one‑bedroom apartments and five two‑bedroom units. Six homes are reserved for people with serious mental illness who have experienced homelessness.
